President’s Message
Welcome to the Solomon Valley of Kansas and the Highway 24 Alliance that seeks to enhance your visit to our area! The Highway 24 Alliance has been in existence for over 20 years, but our mission to encourage visitation to the communities in the Solomon Valley remains the same—promoting tourism and maintaining our heritage.
The last two years have been challenging for all levels of tourism, but we are determined to take advantage of the new opportunities that have been created by COVID 19. Visitors are looking for experiences closer to home and outdoor experiences that they may have overlooked when travel was not so restricted.
Our Alliance continues to transition in an attempt to engage local tourism professionals from across the Solomon Valley and beyond. We feel that the long-term viability of our Alliance is dependent upon every community along Highway 24 feeling engaged and benefitting from our organization. The change has been gradual, but we will continue to push forward.
